I run a very exclusive group coaching session with max 6-8 ladies twice a year. Start dates are in January and October.
The format is hybrid: we meet as a group on the second Tuesday of every month for four months, and you and I have three 1-1 sessions to dive deeper into the topics we cover.
There is also constant support on Slack
Group coaching is for you if:
- You strongly believe that being part of a community of ambitious ladies is something you're missing in life
- You find yourself feeling overwhelmed, lost and unsure of where your starting point is
- You are ready to do the work and are curious about coaching
- You want to take charge of your life, time, and priorities
- You struggle to set healthy boundaries and create habits that last, and you need accountability
- You feel that confidence has deserted you, and you'd love to feel more in control of your life
- You want to feel connected with yourself but also help others in their journey
- You want to be coached but also coach others. I truly believe in the power of working together as a group and helping each other overcome our pain points which very often are more similar than we think!
During this initial phase, you spend time understanding your values, what motivates you, and why you're doing what you're doing. Values and goals are different, hence why we start defining them. That will help you clarify what is missing in your life and why you might feel dissatisfied with the present. As mothers, we tend to feel that we should be the same as we were when we started working. We sometimes deny the fact that our priorities have changed.
Once the values have been defined, we quickly move into checking whether you have created time for those values. During this month, we explore some time management techniques that you can apply straight away in your day-to-day life. We use 1-1 sessions to create a schedule that you can follow. This has been the favorite part of a lot of women who realized that changing a few things in the way they planned or organized their time totally reduced the overwhelm.
In phase 3, we spend time understanding the different stages of building confidence to take the next step. Some of us might struggle with negative self-talk, repeated negative patterns, or fear of failure or criticism. I created a confidence loop to help you better understand the stages. This session is very interactive, and you will be working in pairs on specific exercises to build up your confidence.
Psst! Bonus session if the homework from phase 1 is completed
We apply a specific goal setting technique in this phase and focus on a particular goal that you want to develop during the rest of the year or in the new year. Depending on the group size, the group will be coaching you
