I run a very exclusive group coaching session with max 6-8 ladies twice a year. Start dates are in January and October.
The format is hybrid: we meet as a group on the second Tuesday of every month for four months, and you and I have three 1-1 sessions to dive deeper into the topics we cover.
There is also constant support on Slack
Group coaching is for you if:

  • You strongly believe that being part of a community of ambitious ladies is something you're missing in life
  • You find yourself feeling overwhelmed, lost and unsure of where your starting point is
  • You are ready to do the work and are curious about coaching
  • You want to take charge of your life, time, and priorities
  • You struggle to set healthy boundaries and create habits that last, and you need accountability
  • You feel that confidence has deserted you, and you'd love to feel more in control of your life
  • You want to feel connected with yourself but also help others in their journey
  • You want to be coached but also coach others. I truly believe in the power of working together as a group and helping each other overcome our pain points which very often are more similar than we think!
Phase 1: Clarity

During this initial phase, you spend time understanding your values, what motivates you, and why you're doing what you're doing. Values and goals are different, hence why we start defining them. That will help you clarify what is missing in your life and why you might feel dissatisfied with the present. As mothers, we tend to feel that we should be the same as we were when we started working. We sometimes deny the fact that our priorities have changed.

Phase 2: Time Management

Once the values have been defined, we quickly move into checking whether you have created time for those values. During this month, we explore some time management techniques that you can apply straight away in your day-to-day life. We use 1-1 sessions to create a schedule that you can follow. This has been the favorite part of a lot of women who realized that changing a few things in the way they planned or organized their time totally reduced the overwhelm.

Phase 3: In-Depth Confidence Work

In phase 3, we spend time understanding the different stages of building confidence to take the next step. Some of us might struggle with negative self-talk, repeated negative patterns, or fear of failure or criticism. I created a confidence loop to help you better understand the stages. This session is very interactive, and you will be working in pairs on specific exercises to build up your confidence.

Psst! Bonus session if the homework from phase 1 is completed

Phase 4: Goal Setting

We apply a specific goal setting technique in this phase and focus on a particular goal that you want to develop during the rest of the year or in the new year. Depending on the group size, the group will be coaching you

Testimonials

I used the formula Tania and I spoke about to put what I wanted out there, and my interviewer agreed and offered me quite a bit more than I was expecting. She carved out the exact role I wanted, so I’ll be doing the kind of work I truly wanted to do. So thank you so so much for coaching me and helping me get my work confidence back and stop feeling that impostor syndrome so much.

I loved all the encouragement and the book and podcast recommendations. Loved Tania’s energy during the sessions and how she approaches tasks in a professional yet serene and fun way!

Executive director at JPMorgan

My favourite part was how to incorporate values into your daily life so that you can better manage your time. It all came together after the second sessionsomething inside me switched.

Networking group founder

I most enjoyed discovering things about myself personally and professionally and getting inspiration from listening to the experiences of all the amazing women in the program. We all shared our vulnerabilities and spoke so openly that it brought us closer together. It is a safe space like no other.

Art foundation CEO

Absolutely loved the session last night. Thank you to Tania and all of you ladies for the wonderful advice and insight. I now truly understand the benefits of incorporating our values into our daily lives. I get what the difference is between making a to-do list and time boxing my values. I feel less guilty as a mother for prioritising certain things and understand the importance of defining your motherhood journey.

Writer, PhD student

Honestly, since speaking to Tania, my whole vibe and outlook have changed. Thank you for being behind me and nudging me to improve and be brave.

Photographer, artist

Professionally, I am able to accept that there are several steps to get where I want to go and everything takes time. Whilst I have no concrete answer of if I will get there, I am able to see that I can only try, and if I fail, it is not the end of the world—I will still be ok.

How Do You Deal with Brain Fog?

16 Dec, 2022

Last summer, I was driving in the south of Spain with the 3 children sitting at the back. We were on the motorway, in an unfamiliar location. GPS was on. I thought I had things managed and under control but I was wrong. Kids started shouting at each other and fighting for something ridiculous as… Continue reading How Do You Deal with Brain Fog?
